How can I edit my personal information?

If you wish to update your personal information, login to your account and go to “Settings”. There you will have the opportunity to change all relevant data linked to your account.

I forgot my password. How can I change it?

On the login page you will find a button saying “Forgot password?”. If you click on that button you will receive an email. From there, simply follow the instructions in the email to set up a new password.

How can I contact Doorboost customer support?

How do you handle data security and privacy?

Your company’s privacy and data security is our most important concern. Therefore we are using state-of-the-art technology for our servers as well database and all additional relevant data. You can find more about that in our privacy policy.

Subscription

How can I upgrade my subscription?

If you want to upgrade your contract, simply go to your settings and upgrade your subscription there.  You can also just write us an email or call us. The upgrade will be done quickly so that you can enjoy Doorboost even more.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Are you breaking up with us…? We hate to see you go, so please tell us the reason and we will try to resolve any issues you may have run into. We always welcome feedback, don’t worry you won’t hurt our feelings (we’ll try to not to cry while scarfing down ice cream). To cancel, please write us an email at support@doorboost.com with your notice.

What happens to my campaign(s) if I unsubscribe from Doorboost?

You can take away the lessons and learnings, but unfortunately you can’t keep your campaigns running. All your open campaigns will be shut down after your account has expired.

Which payment methods does Doorboost support?

We can process any major Debit or Credit Card. Here are some of the companies we work with: Visa, Master Card, American Express.

What do I need technology wise to use Doorboost?

You only need an internet connection and a computer or mobile device to access and utilize Doorboost. 

How do I start using the service?

You can sign up here and make yourself comfortable with our beautiful product. If you have already signed up just login to your account here.

Is Doorboost available in languages other than English?

Currently Doorboost is available in English and German. Other languages will follow.
